The R 2 is a 30° Blumenthal Bone Rongeur. It is 6 inches in length and is made of tough stainless steel with a brushed finish. This product is German made. A detailed description of each option can be found below. Detailed Rongeur Options:
SST - Is our Standard 30° Blumenthal Bone Rongeur. It has 4 mm blades set at 30° and 3 mm at the tip. It is a standard oral surgery rongeur and one of our most popular.
XF - Is our Extra Fine 30° Blumenthal Bone Rongeur. It has 3 mm blades set at 30° and 2 mm at the tip. Its finer blades are useful for finer bone cutting and root fragment retrieval.
