Do you offer a warranty ?
Yes. All new instruments come with a 1-year limited warranty on new instrument sales, covering manufacturer defects and functional issues under normal use. If a problem arises within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace the instrument at no cost. Please retain your proof of purchase and contact us with any concerns.
What is the general turn around time for instrument repairs ?
Our typical turnaround time for sharpening and repairs is 1 week from the date we receive your instruments. We prioritize quality and precision in every service, and we’ll notify you once your tools are ready to return.
Do you offer free shipping ?
Yes – we offer free shipping to our facility via USPS prepaid label for repair orders only (with a 50$ Minimum.) Simply request or download one of our prepaid repair order shipping labels, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any USPS location or hand it to your mail carrier. It’s fast, easy, for all your repair services.
